Creating a brand for a top leadership advisor

Challenge

Four professionals in leadership development and holistic wellbeing had started a company with a mission to redefine leadership. Their background in advising Finland’s leading CEOs, pioneering in digital health and holistic wellbeing had sparked their philosophy on what drives success in future leadership. They wanted my team to create them an attractive brand that would communicate both game changer attitude and top expertise. 


Solution

We started out by naming the company Evolv – referring to the core philosophy of continuous need to evolve as a leader in order to become and remain a top executive. We created Evolv a brand strategy that defined key narratives supporting the business, the brand core with purpose statement, slogan and pitch, among other elements. In addition, we identified key target groups and formed persuasive key messages. After defining the brand verbally my design team, Laine & Hallami, created Evolv a visual identity. We also designed Evolv’s website and helped out with the launch. Our cooperation continues in the future as well.

Eveliina and Laine & Hallami were involved from early on in creating the brand strategy and visual image for our new company  Evolv Ltd which was in an development phase. Eveliina and her team made an important contribution to facilitate our thinking and the creation of Evolv brand inclucing the strategy, brand story, visual image, www-page and a launch event. All this work has also received positive feedback from the stakeholders and the company has successfully been launched to the market.
